Just so you know, the survey is based upon RAM’s Competencies Framework; a model that broadly describes the workforce' performance excellence within an entity/ organization. The Framework is fundamentally divided into three pillars that defines, in generic terms, excellence in working behaviour. Each pillar, then contains a set of topics that the workforce should have.
