Day 1
The session provided a good introduction to Project Management principles and methodologies.
This day helped me gain skills and ideas relevant to my work.
I understand the key steps involved in initiating a project.
The exercise deepened my understanding of how to initiate projects effectively.

Day 2
The group exercise on business case development helped me apply financial evaluation concepts in project management practice.
The session improved my understanding of project planning fundamentals.
The group schedule editing exercise helped me apply the time scheduling techniques in a practical context.
The Capstone Project (i.e.: the Warehouse project) allowed me to apply concepts related to requirements and scope (WBS).
There was active engagement and interaction during the session.

Day 3
I improved my competences in project scheduling and resourced-based scheduling.
I developed a clear understanding of decision-making processes in project scheduling.
I developed a good understanding of the concepts and the tools in Agile Planning (Kanban Board)
The Capstone Project helped me in applying project planning and scheduling into practice.
There was active engagement and interaction during the session.
Overall satisfaction with the faculty Alberto De Marco.

Day 4
The group exercises and AI-enhanced scenario simulations supported my understanding of project risk management.
The session helped me understand the process of risk management and have a proactive approach.
I am now more confident in translating project plans into actionable steps.
The session provided useful knowledge on using predictive analytics for project monitoring and decision-making.
Overall, the session met my learning expectations and provided valuable practical insights.

Day 5
The session enhanced my understanding of project monitoring and controlling based on PMBOK principles.
I developed a stronger grasp of Earned Value Management (EVM) fundamentals and their application in real projects.
The simulation game provided valuable hands-on experience in integrated change control and managing project deviations.
I gained practical insights into identifying key stakeholders and planning effective communication strategies.
Overall, the session met my expectations and provided practical insights into project monitoring, control, and closure.
