Leadership Camp — Participant Feedback Survey

Dear Etimad Leader,

Three days. Real conversations. A compass you built yourself.

Thank you for showing up fully throughout Module 1 — Mastering Self: Building Insight & Leadership Presence.
Your feedback is the final step of this retreat. It takes no more than 5 minutes, and every response is confidential. Please reflect honestly — your voice shapes what comes next, for you and for the leaders who will follow.

3. Leadership Identity and the Vision 2040 Canvas together pushed me to connect who I am becoming as a leader to something larger than my current role.
4. Trust, Psychological Safety, and Leadership Behaviour gave me a new way to see how my daily conduct either builds or erodes the environment my team works in.
5. The Fireside Chat with Mr. Amer Al Fadhil offered a perspective on leadership that no classroom session could — it made the learning feel real and personally relevant.
6. The Leadership Short-Film Challenge pushed me to express and own what I had learned — not just absorb it.

7. The Mission Leadership activity revealed something true about how I actually lead under pressure — not just how I think I lead.
8. Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership Presence helped me name a pattern in my own leadership that I had not fully articulated before.
9. Authenticity, Communication, and Personal Impact made me aware of a specific gap between what I mean to communicate and what actually lands with others.
10. The Great Game Show was more than enjoyable — it helped me consolidate what I had absorbed across the day in a way that genuinely stayed with me.

11. Communication, Feedback, and Leadership Presence gave me a structure I will actually use the next time I need to have an honest and difficult conversation.
12. The Mega Avatarz Build made the collective strengths of our team visible in a way that felt meaningful — and gave me a new appreciation of what we can do together.
13. The Personal Leadership Compass gave me a commitment that is specific, personal, and real enough that I will know in 90 days whether I have kept it.
14. The Inner Compass Film Festival was a fitting and memorable close — it captured something true about what this group went through together over three days.
