Day 2

The Simulation helped me better understand how to influence stakeholders in the digital environment and drive adoption of a digital solution.
Discussion on open innovation (e.g. accelerators, public-private partnerships) and the group exercise to map the innovation ecosystem of one government entity in Oman helped me reflect on how collaboration can foster innovation in Oman.
Discussion on the design of experiments and POCs together with the group exercise to plan a POC for an AI solution for an Omani gov. entity helped me learn about the POC design.
The insights shared by the guest speaker Kristian Smilenov provided a concrete example of an experiment / POC for the use of AI in a government entity (i.e. investment authority).

Day 3

I gained insights into the AI value chain, from data collection to deployment, and the applications of AI at the edge.
The session was useful in learning foundational concepts and hands-on tools for working with LLMs.

Day 4

Day 5
