Thank you for your active participation in Module 1 – Leadership Development Bootcamp of the Executive Leadership: Head of Sections.


We kindly ask you to complete this brief survey to help us evaluate Module 1. It will take approximately 5–7 minutes of your time.
Your feedback is important and will help us better understand the module’s impact and improve future sessions.

1.    Evaluation for each day:

For each day, please indicate the extent to which you agree with the statements related to that session’s outcomes, using a scale from 1 to 5 (1 = lowest, 5 = highest).

Day 1: Mr Popular - Vision 2040 Puzzle - 3,2,1 Action

The objectives of the day were clearly explained.
This day helped me gain skills and ideas relevant to my work.
The content of the sessions met my expectations.
How well did the instructors engage with the participants?
There was active engagement and interaction during the activities.

Day 2: Leading Self – River of Life - Gameshow

The sessions helped me reflect on my personal values and leadership journey.
The River of Life exercise was meaningful and well-facilitated.
The Gameshow was engaging and energizing with good shared information.
I had the opportunity to reflect on my strengths and development areas.
Overall, this day helped deepen my understanding of self-leadership.

Day 3: Leading Others, iLead Simulation, Keynote Session, Networking, BBQ Dinner

The sessions provided me with tools and knowledge to level up my team leadership.
The iLead simulation was effective in illustrating team leadership dynamics.
The keynote sessions provided valuable insights on leading people.
I found the networking session meaningful and well-structured.
The activities enhanced my ability to lead and collaborate with others.
The day struck a good balance between learning, interaction, and reflection.

Day 4: Leading Organizations, Panel Discussion

The session increased my awareness of how departments can align with broader strategy.
There was space for meaningful dialogue and exchange of ideas.
The content was relevant to my current role and future responsibilities.
The panel discussion helped me understand leadership at the organizational level.
I gained practical insights from the panelists’ experiences and examples.

Day 5: Promises Promises Simulation, Final Reflection & Closing

The simulation helped me understand trust, collaboration, and leadership in action.
The final reflection gave me clarity on my personal growth and takeaways.
Today helped me connect the dots between the different leadership themes.
I feel motivated and better prepared to apply what I’ve learned in my role.
