Although we are building a cohort of Leaders drawn from very different organisations, it is important that you and your peers have similar levels of experience and (line, budgetary, strategic) responsibility. As a result, we are looking for Leaders who are: Second- or third-generation family members Serving in an executive leadership role in the family business, preferably at holding company level or within a subsidiary that contributes materially to group revenues Currently serving on a Board, Board Committee and/or Executive Committee Actively involved in a succession process, either as a successor or searching for a successor Equipped with at least 12 years of leadership experience 2 Step Two: Commitment & Learning Journey Schedule Secondly we need you to commit 100% to every day and element of the Learning Journey: 📅 Module One Sunday 22nd – Tuesday 24th November 2026 Day 1: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Day 2: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm (includes dinner) Day 3: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (includes lunch) 📅 Module Two Tuesday 8th – Thursday 10th December 2026 Day 1: 8:30 am – 6.00 pm Day 2: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm (includes dinner) Day 3: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm (includes certification & lunch) 3 Step Three: Questionnaire Please answer the questions below.
