The Royal Academy of Management welcomes you to the application portal for the Master of Leadership and Management program. This flagship program is offered by The Royal Academy of Management and taught by Thunderbird’s School of Global Management at Arizona State University.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible to apply, you have to meet the following criteria:

  • Be an Omani citizen.
  • Hold the position of a Section Head or equivalent in the public sector
  • A holder of a bachelor's degree
    Holding a master’s or PhD degree does not prevent you from applying to this program.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English. Excellent command of the English language is essential to participate in the program successfully.
  • Possess personal, intellectual and interpersonal attributes to demonstrate your ability to thrive in the program

Application Requirements:

Make sure to have the following documents ready when applying to the program; you will have to upload the documents at the fourth step of the application form.

  • A Bachelor’s degree certificate ​
  • A copy of your national ID​
  • A copy of your current resume/CV; Resumes are requested to allow the Admission Committee to evaluate your work experience.
    Resumes should include:
    - Job titles and positions held, including key responsibilities and accomplishments for each position.
    - Honors, awards, certificates, professional organizations, volunteer activities and community involvement.
    - Computer skills, multilingual abilities and overseas travel or work experience.
    -Academic background including schools attended and degrees earned.
  • Proof of employment letter
  • You will also be required to write a personal statement (maximum 500 words) that addresses relevant backgrounds such as education, teaching experiences, travel, and employment. It should also discuss your reasons for applying to a graduate program in general and the Master of Leadership and Management in particular.

Application process overview:

  • There is no application fees or other cost to apply.
  • The form should be submitted before the deadline (15th of October 2022).
  • The application and assessment process is done entirely online, except the third stage of the selection process will be in-person in Muscat
